Fees & Practice policies

  • Please inquire via contact form for session fees.

  • My days in office are Monday-Thursday with session times available midmorning, afternoon and evening.

  • Fees for session are due at the end of each appointment. Please know I am out of network and do not accept insurance, although I do accept HSA/FSA account payments.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notification is required for any changed or missed appointments. You will be charged the full session rate if you fail to communicate with your therapist outside of the window. Please know, consistency in sessions is important for progress towards your goals; clients that do not respond to communication attempts from I’m All Ears, LLC will receive a Notice of Closure Letter within 30 days of no contact or lack of response to multiple communication attempts.

Please note that I do not provide letters or complete paperwork that resides outside of my scope of practice; for example ESA or FMLA. Although I can provide resources and referrals if needed.

  • We understand that you want your therapy experience to be private and met with little disturbance. At I’m All Ears we are able to provide scheduling accommodations for those that do not want to be recognized in our lobby.

  • Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act", which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" or GFE detailing out-of-network care. At I’m All Ears, LLC, we will provide your fee for service information prior to your first appointment via the Simple Practice Portal. We will work collaboratively with our clients in developing treatment plans, and openly communicate both verbally and in writing about ongoing costs of care. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask during your phone consultation.
