<image:title>Elizabeth Kresojevich, LMFT - Meet Elizabeth Kresojevich, LMFT founder & owner</image:title>
<image:caption>Welcome to I’m All Ears, LLC I am so glad to be connected with you. My journey to become a Marriage and Family therapist began in 2010, and ever since it has been a dream of mine to create a safe space for those in need to explore their inner most thoughts, connect deeply in relationships and process life’s most vulnerable experiences. Throughout my life I have always had a strong interest in relationships, the closeness of families, human resiliency and the ability for people to change from within. Therapy has always been a positive resource in my life and I believe my own personal experiences allow me to have greater insight as a clinician. I have a deep passion for helping individuals, families and couples come together through building secure relationships, increasing empathy, and growing connection. I grew up in a family where it felt as though resilience was passed down by genetics, with deep cultural roots, stories of hard work, perseverance, and bravery. For a long time, I had created a narrative that embodied the idea that in order to honor my ancestors, I had to prove to the world a sense of perfection and strength in all ways. Ultimately, this caused anxiety in most areas of my life, allowing narratives of shame and disappointment to seep in to my everyday thoughts. Along my journey to heal, I had sought therapy primarily to process grief, loss and intergenerational traumas, but soon came to realize that my own personal journey in therapy became so much more than this. I was able to process my grief and loss, while also discovering a new narrative to honor my Balkan culture, my family and create new definitions of strength, eventually reducing my anxiety. I was able to slowly step away from the label of “perfectionist,” which is still a work in progress; and create new definitions of what it means to be brave and embody strength while allowing myself to find compassion in areas I needed it most. My training as a therapist, primarily lives in Emotion Focused Therapy and Attachment-Based Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I believe that the relationships we have with ourselves, others, and our deep longing for connection, deserve to be held with care and understood with grace.</image:caption>

<image:title>Alyse Heiman, LAMFT - Meet Alyse Heiman, LAMFT associate therapist</image:title>
<image:caption>Welcome! I am deeply honored to walk alongside clients on their journeys to healing. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles that they know are no longer serving them, but they are unsure of how to break these patterns on their own. They may be experiencing a life transition, impacts of trauma, a sudden life change, anxiety, or just day to day stressors. Together, we will work to develop effective strategies to break these patterns that are no longer serving you. Oftentimes, people have been struggling with their symptoms for long periods of time and seek out therapy when they need support the most. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, direct, and most of all supportive. I strive to foster a safe, comfortable environment that allows my clients to explore their lived experiences and relationships and move forward on their life journey. I decided to start on my path to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist after working in the corporate world for some time. My experience building relationships in the workforce influenced my desire to step into a role where I can support others. I have also found clarity and peace through my own therapy, and am passionate about supporting clients in reaching their own goals. I have always been curious about the inner workings of the human mind. Throughout my education and life, I have noticed how large a role our relationships play in our lives, which influenced my desire to learn more about how much these relationships impact us. I believe that our relationships with others not only provide much needed connection, but the space to explore and grow ourselves. Growing up, my family instilled in me to be a hard worker and face challenges head on. Although these strength-based traits have helped me get through difficult times, I began to notice that there were also negative impacts of feeling like I had to be strong all the time. Within my own personal therapy, I have worked to figure out how to balance strength and hard work with self care and compassion. Finding a balance has been a struggle that I am still working on, but removing some of the pressure I put on myself has allowed me to show up in a healthier, more positive way.</image:caption>
